The ingredients used in the Paul O’Grady’s dog food range are of the highest possible quality. They are locally sourced where possible to help support the hard work of local farmers and reduce our environmental footprint.

If your dog suffers from food intolerances we recommend that you consult your vet.

The Paul O’Grady Hypoallergenic and Grain Free recipes are formulated without the common ingredients associated with many intolerances: This means these recipes don’t contain the following ingredients -  wheat, maize, beef, soya, eggs, dairy and the Grain Free recipe is formulated without any grains at all.

If you would like to start feeding your dog Paul O’Grady’s dog food we would recommend that is gradually introduced into your dog’s bowl over the course of a week until it completely replaces your old dog food. For any additional advice during this transitional period contact help@pogdogfood.com.

Theses feeding guides are based on a healthy, active dog. Every dog is different so adjust as necessary depending on your dog’s environment and activity level.

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately this cannot be changed. If you have any questions regarding our foods or your order, please contact us on 0800 413 969 before proceeding to the checkout.

If once you receive your order if you wish to return the item this can be done by returning it to our Cherry Tree Mill address in perfect condition. This will be sent at your own expense and must include a covering note and copy of your order confirmation. On receipt of your returned item we will contact you to arrange a full refund.

We offer a free delivery service for all orders over £25 for orders to mainland UK. If your order comes below this amount we have a flat rate postage fee of £4.99. If you live outside of mainland UK or in the following countries we have a flat rate postage fee of £15. Deliveries to these areas can take between 2-7 days.

Our courier will contact you via phone or email before your delivery arrives is due to arrive to confirm a rough time of arrival. If you’re not in when they try to deliver the courier will leave a card for you to contact them directly to rearrange an alternative delivery day or where to collect your item.

When completing your purchase you will be directed to Paypal. Once you have logged in to your account you will see a “Note to seller” option. This is where you can input any specific delivery instructions. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay by credit or debit card via their site.

If your delivery is damaged or items are missing please contact us within 48hrs of the date of delivery on 0800 413 969 to allow us to investigate further. If there are no instructions for your items to be left in a covered area and the items are damaged due to other reasons we reserve the right to reject this claim after investigation.
